Este Acuerdo de Servicio («Acuerdo») es celebrado entre Dumbo Credit LLC («nosotros,» «nuestro») y la persona o entidad («Cliente,» «usted,» «su») que acceda o utilice nuestros Servicios. Al registrarse o utilizar nuestros Servicios, usted acepta los términos de este Acuerdo.
1. Servicios Proporcionados
Dumbo Credit LLC ofrece servicios de monitoreo de crédito y relacionados («Servicios»), que incluyen:
Monitoreo de cambios en su perfil de crédito.
Envío de alertas sobre cambios en su informe de crédito.
Recursos educativos relacionados con el crédito y las finanzas personales.
Estos Servicios son únicamente para fines informativos y no constituyen asesoramiento financiero, legal o fiscal.
2. Tarifas y Pagos
a. Tarifas del Servicio: Usted acepta pagar todas las tarifas de suscripción aplicables indicadas durante el registro. Las tarifas no son reembolsables, excepto cuando lo exija la ley.
b. Términos de Pago: Los pagos se procesarán automáticamente utilizando el método de pago que usted proporcione. Si un pago falla, nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar los Servicios.
3. Duración y Terminación
a. Duración: Este Acuerdo comienza con su aceptación y continúa hasta que sea terminado por cualquiera de las partes.
b. Terminación por parte del Cliente: Usted puede terminar este Acuerdo en cualquier momento contactándonos por escrito a info@dumbocredit.com. La terminación será efectiva al final de su ciclo de facturación actual.
c. Terminación por parte de Dumbo Credit LLC: Podemos terminar este Acuerdo por falta de pago, uso indebido de los Servicios o cualquier violación de los términos de este Acuerdo.
4. Responsabilidades del Cliente
Usted se compromete a:
Proporcionar información precisa y actualizada necesaria para realizar los Servicios.
Usar los Servicios únicamente para fines personales y no comerciales.
Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de cuenta.
Entiende que proporcionar información incorrecta puede afectar la calidad de los Servicios.
5. Actividades Prohibidas
Usted se compromete a no:
Usar los Servicios para fines ilegales o no autorizados.
Intentar descompilar o interferir con nuestra plataforma.
Proporcionar información falsa o engañosa.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o terminar su cuenta si detectamos actividades prohibidas.
6. Renuncias
Los Servicios se proporcionan «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad.» Dumbo Credit LLC:
No garantiza la precisión o integridad de los informes o puntajes de crédito.
No es responsable de errores o demoras causados por agencias de crédito de terceros.
Usted reconoce que su puntaje y perfil de crédito dependen de múltiples factores fuera de nuestro control.
7. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley:
Dumbo Credit LLC no es responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados de este Acuerdo o de su uso de los Servicios.
Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita al monto que usted pagó por los Servicios en los 12 meses anteriores al evento que dio lugar a la reclamación.
8. Confidencialidad y Privacidad de Datos
a. Confidencialidad: Ambas partes acuerdan mantener la información confidencial segura y no divulgarla a terceros no autorizados.
b. Privacidad de Datos: Procesaremos sus datos personales de acuerdo con nuestra Política de Privacidad.
9. Resolución de Disputas
a. Ley Aplicable: Este Acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado de Nueva Jersey.
b. Arbitraje: Cualquier disputa derivada de este Acuerdo se resolverá mediante arbitraje vinculante en el Condado de Bergen, Nueva Jersey.
10. Cambios en Este Acuerdo
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar este Acuerdo en cualquier momento. Las actualizaciones se publicarán en nuestro sitio web, y el uso continuo de los Servicios constituye la aceptación del Acuerdo revisado.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dumbo Credit LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the person or entity (“Client,” “you,” “your”) accessing or using our Services. By registering for or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Dumbo Credit LLC offers credit monitoring and related services (“Services”), which include:
Monitoring changes to your credit profile.
Sending alerts regarding changes to your credit report.
Educational resources related to credit and personal finance.
These Services are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
2. Fees and Payments
a. Service Fees: You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees indicated during registration. Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
b. Payment Terms: Payments will be processed automatically using the payment method you provide. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services.
3. Term and Termination
a. Term: This Agreement commences upon your acceptance and continues until terminated by either party.
b. Termination by the Client: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting us in writing at info@dumbocredit.com. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
c. Termination by Dumbo Credit LLC: We may terminate this Agreement for non-payment, misuse of the Services, or any violation of the terms of this Agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary to perform the Services.
Use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You understand that providing inaccurate information may affect the quality of the Services.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to decompile or interfere with our platform.
Provide false or misleading information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect prohibited activities.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Dumbo Credit LLC:
Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of credit reports or scores.
Is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party credit bureaus.
You acknowledge that your credit score and profile depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Dumbo Credit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Agreement or your use of the Services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
a. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to unauthorized third parties.
b. Data Privacy: We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
a. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
b. Arbitration: Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
